LongHorn Steakhouse is a restaurant chain, with most of its locations in the Southeastern United States. It also has some locations in the Mid Atlantic, New England, the Midwest, and Puerto Rico.

The theme of the restaurants is the wild-west in general and Texas specifically. Each location is heavily decorated on the walls and ceiling with items that match this motif, including (fake) cattle and buffalo skulls, lassos, old advertisements for frontier products, and black-and-white pictures of cowboys.

LongHorn Steakhouse is best known for serving various kinds of steak, including its signature variety the Flo's Filet. This steak is named after "Flo", the large-haired mascot of the chain. In addition to steaks, the restaurants offer soups, salads, sandwiches, burgers, chicken, and baby back ribs, along with several appetizers and side dishes. The restaurants signature appetizer is the Texas Tonion, which is a whole onion battered and deep-fried, very similarly to the Blooming onion at Outback Steakhouse.

LongHorn Steakhouse is part of the company Rare Hospitality, which also operates Bugaboo Creek Steak House and The Capital Grille.
