MG 3
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The MG 3 is a future production car which will be sold under the MG model range owned by Nanjing Automobile Group. It is due for a launch in 2008 and will succeed the MG ZR which was the last MG product of this size, and ceased production in April 2005 on the bankruptcy of predecessor organisation MG Rover.
It has not yet been confirmed whether MG 3 production will take place at Longbridge in England or at one of Nanjing's Chinese factories. It will be similar in size to the likes of the Ford Fiesta and Peugeot 207, and may also be badged as an Austin.
