Maamar Mamouni (Arabic: معمر مأموني) (born February 28, 1976 in Tours, France) is an Algerian football player. He currently plays for Lierse S.K.
In 2004 he moved from R.A.A. Louviéroise to K.A.A. Gent. In 2006 he moved to Lierse S.K. (free transfer) .
He was a member of the Algerian 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished second in their group in the first round of competition before being defeated by Morocco in the quarter-finals.
