The Omani territory of Madha (Arabic: مدحاء‎) or Wadi Madha is surrounded by the United Arab Emirates, halfway between the Musandam Peninsula and the rest of Oman.

The exclave is on the Fujairah-Khorfakkan road in the Emirate of Sharjah. It covers approximately 75 km². The boundary was settled in 1969. It belongs to Muhafazat Musandam.

Madha is an Omani exclave within UAE, completely surrounded by Emirati territory. As with other maps, the north east corner of Madha is closest to the Khorfakkan-Fujairah road, which was verified by photographs where you can see the border post just approx 10 meters from the road.

There is an exclave of UAE that is completely surrounded by the Madha exclave, called Nahwa. Nahwa belongs to Emirate of Sharjah.

Madha is mostly empty, with the developed portion called "New Madha" which has excellent roads, a good school, post office, an 'Eid ground, Police station, an Omani bank, electricity & water supply, even an airstrip.

There's also a ROP patrol, with their distinctive uniforms and squad cars. There are two exits to Madha on the Fujairah-Khorfakkan road. At the Northern exit, the border post stands fairly close to the road, enabling a fancy picture.
