ETV Marathi is a popular Marathi-language television channel. It is owned by the Ramoji Group, a company based in Hyderabad, India who own the ETV Network group of channels.

ETV Marathi provides a variety of programs, including news, cultural events, dramas, films, health, cooking, debates, tourism, children's programs and occasional coverage of current affairs.

ETV Marathi telecasts seven news bulletins containing a mix of regional and national news. The 30 minute newscasts screen at 0700, 0730, 1300, 1900, 2100, 2230 and 2305 hours every day. The morning 0700 bulletin is known as Mharashtra Maza and shows regional news. It is immediately followed by national news bulletin at 0730. The 1300 afternoon bulletin shows national news. In the evening prime time slot there is another regional news bulletin called Maharashtra Maza, which is the channel's most popular and widely-watched bulletin.

ETV Marathi has regional news gathering offices throughout Maharashtra.
