Marissa Ann McMahon (née Mazzola) (born on July 4, 1973 in New York City, New York) is the wife of World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Executive Vice President of WWE Global Media Shane McMahon. She has one older brother and one younger brother.

Mazzola was born in Manhattan, NY. When she was 14, she moved to Greenwich, Connecticut where she met her future husband Shane McMahon. Mazzola attended Greenwich Academy, a private all-girls school. On the Howard Stern Show she described herself as "the girl next door". Marissa started her WWE career in 1999 as the co-host of WWE LiveWire, she co-hosted along side Michael Cole, and Jonathan Coachman until 2000. After her short time of co-hosting LiveWire Mazzola appeared in a brief role in the WWE co-produced film The Scorpion King as the bird merchant. She has worked directly with some of WWE's biggest "superstars" such as Steve Austin, The Rock, and Joanie "Chyna" Laurer. Marissa also played an influential role in expanding WWE through articles in various magazines. Mazzola was the manager of National Public Relations for the WWE until 2001. Mazzola now is a producer of the new film Anamorph.She has a film company called Kamala Flims.
On September 14, 1996, Mazzola married her high-school sweetheart Shane McMahon in a private ceremony at Shane's parents' backyard. Together they have two sons, Declan James born on February 13, 2004 and Kenyon Jesse, born on March 26, 2006. They currently reside in a four million dollar penthouse in New York.
Marissa is the daughter-in-law of World Wrestling Entertainment owner Vince McMahon and WWE CEO Linda McMahon. She is also the sister-in-law of Stephanie McMahon-Levesque and WWE Superstar Triple H and was a bridesmaid in their October 25, 2003 wedding in Sleepy Hollow, New York.
