Mark Knowles (born September 4, 1971 in Nassau, Bahamas) is a professional male tennis player from the Bahamas. He has been most successful in doubles partnering Canadian Daniel Nestor. In the 2006 US Open, he was partnered with Renae Stubbs of the Australia for a mixed doubles pair.
On July 5, 2006 Knowles participated in the longest match in Wimbledon history, lasting 6 hours and 9 minutes.
Knowles is also known with another local doubles partner Mark Merkline for being the best Bahamian Davis cup team yet and also a winner of the Australian Open with Daniel Nestor. He annually holds a charity tournament on Paridise Island off of his home island Nassau where all of his proceeds go to charity, he often has great players such as Andre Agassi come and play. Knowles once had one of the worst tempers on the tour, but seems to have straightened it out, and is on the road to success.
