Mark Schwahn

Mark Schwahn is the creator and executive producer of The CW's hit show, One Tree Hill.

He has also written such films as Whatever It Takes, 35 Miles from Normal, The Perfect Score, and Coach Carter.

He grew up in Pontiac, IL. Born in 1966.

He co-founded the midwests first rapcore group, Degenerate Crust, in 1986. Also sang for the band Jerry the Barber.

Attended film school at the University of Maryland.

One Tree Hill is in its 4th season as of January 2007. It airs on Wednesday nights at 9 on The CW. Starring: Chad Michael Murray, Sophia Bush, Hilarie Burton, James Lafferty, Bethany Joy Galeotti, Paul Johansson, Barbara Alyn Woods, Moira Kelly, Lee Norris, Danneel Harris, Antwon Tanner, Barry Corbin, and Bevin Prince.
