Mark Wainwright Todd (born 29 December 1954, Dorchester) is a Labour Party politician in the United Kingdom. He is member of Parliament for South Derbyshire. He was first elected in 1997, defeating Edwina Currie.

Todd served for 12 years as a Cambridge City Councillor, spending three years as Leader and five as Deputy Leader.

He lives with his wife and son in Findern, South Derbyshire, and is an active member of the community in the village and local area.

Todd announced on 21 September 2007 that he would stand down as the MP for South Derbyshire when the next general election was called. [1]
