Math Is Fun (or Maths Is Fun in British English) is an educational website maintained by Rod Pierce devoted to the concept that mathematics is, indeed, fun.

There are several aspects to the website:

  • K-12 educational mathematics explained in easy language.
  • Recreational mathematics, such as games and puzzles.
  • Worksheets on various topics - create your own or choose a pre-made set.
  • Maths is Fun Forum

The Worksheets section is for printing, creating and searching for worksheets. Topics include addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, time, decimals, fractions and kindergarten.

The Math Is Fun Forum is for discussions about math, puzzles, games and fun. As of April 2007 it had around 7,300 members and 56,000 posts.

  • There are about 500 pages of original content, a 520-word illustrated dictionary plus about 50 pages of math puzzles.
  • In March of 2007 there were 480,000 visitors and 5.2 Million page views
  • The Worksheets section has over 2,000 printable math worksheets. Worksheets can also be designed online and shared with others.
