Mathieu Biron (born April 29, 1980 in Lac-St-Charles, Quebec, Canada) is a Canadian professional ice hockey players. He plays defence for the Hamilton Bulldogs. His older brother Martin Biron plays for the Philadelphia Flyers.

He was drafted by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1998 NHL Entry Draft, First Round, Twenty-first Overall.
Biron was traded to the Canadiens on December 15, 2006 via a trade with the San Jose Sharks for Patrick Traverse.
