Mayumi Thyme

Mayumi Thyme (麻弓＝タイム Mayumi Taimu?) is a character in Navel's Shuffle! media franchise. While only a secondary character in the first two visual novels, Shuffle! and Tick! Tack!, she is one of the main, selectable girls in the PS2 remake Shuffle! On the Stage and in Really? Really!, the third game in the series.
Mayumi is a heterochromia-eyed girl in Rin's class who is always looking for news. At 77 centimeters,[1] she has the smallest bust size in the series, beaten even by lolita characters such as Primula and Tsubomi. Nonetheless, she takes pride in her small breasts, rationalizing that by being below average they are a rarity saught after by a select group of men. She is half-human, half-devil, but has inherited the characteristics of a human, both in appearance and lack of magical ability.[1]
Mayumi Thyme's name in Japanese includes an = which causes it to be read in the Western order: given name first, surname last. Normally in Japanese, the surname would come first. Additionally, the characters of Shuffle! have a running theme of having names based off of plants. Here, her name is a reference to thyme, a genus of aromatic, perennial herbs.
She is voiced by Miki Inoue and was designed by Aoi Nishimata.
