The student population of McHenry County College is 44% male and 56% female. Twenty-nine percent of students are under age 21; 34% are 21-29 years old; 31% are 30-49, and 6% are over 50. The majority of students are white (77%) followed by Latino/Hispanic (20%), Asian (2%) and African American (1%).
