Memento, subtitled The Very Best of Dead Can Dance, is a compilation from previous albums of Dead Can Dance released the 25th of October 2005, shortly after the U.S. tour of Dead Can Dance (September 17th to October 12th).

Designed for the U.S. market, this compilation focuses on the second half of the musical career of the band, while they were the most successful in the U.S.A.
