Michelangelo Rampulla (born 19 August 1962 in Patti), is an Italian former football goalkeeper.

He is best remembered for being the first ever goalkeeper to score a goal in Serie A from open play. In the 22nd round of matches of the 1991-1992 season on 23 February 1992, his team, Cremonese, fell behind to the home side, Atalanta, through a first-half penalty by Brazilian striker Carlos Bianchezi (also known as Careca III). With his team still trailing in the dying seconds, Rampulla joined his teammates in attack and headed home a corner from the right from close range, thus rescuing a point for his team and stunning the home crowd. However, it was not enough to save them from relegation at the end of the season. He moved to Juventus where he was a reserve goalkeeper for the most part of his career.

His goal-scoring feat would be matched by fellow Italian Massimo Taibi nine years later.

He is now a goalkeeping coach for Juventus.
