Mindless Self-Indulgence is the first recording bearing the name Mindless Self Indulgence. The album cover, however, displays the name as hyphenated - Mindless Self-Indulgence. This hyphenation is in fact, correct as pertaining to the rules of English, but this has been disregarded on all future material. All tracks were composed by Little Jimmy Urine, except for the guitar on "Bed of Roses" that featured guitar by Steve, Righ?. The eight-track CD was never officially released for commercial sale. Due to this fact, it is extremely hard to find and when a rare copy appears it tends to be very pricey. This album is very different than later recordings, not only in length but also in musical style.

  1. "Unsociable" – 4:22
  2. "Do Unto Others, Part 1" – 3:41
  3. "Bed of Roses" – 4:45
  4. "Do Unto Others, Part 2" – 4:26
  5. "Kick" – 4:43
  6. "Unsociable (Extended)" – 4:58
  7. "Kick (Remix)" – 4:07
  8. "Do Unto Others (Clean)" – 3:44
