Missouri Moseley is a fictional character on The CW Television Network's Supernatural portrayed by Loretta Devine.

Missouri is a psychic friend of John Winchester’s who lives is Lawrence, Kansas. When Sam Winchester and Dean Winchester return to Lawrence to investigate a psychic dream of Sam’s in "Home", they go to her for help. She can use her psychic abilities to sense the presence of a spirit, but this ability fails her when she looks at the brother’s old home. At the end of the episode, she is seen talking to John, who came to watch over his sons while they were in Lawrence.
