Moe Berg (born 1959 at Edmonton, Alberta)[1] is a Canadian singer-songwriter, best known as the lead singer for the rock group The Pursuit of Happiness.

Before forming The Pursuit of Happiness, Berg was in the Edmonton bands The Malibu Kens (other members of The Malibu Kens later formed Jr. Gone Wild), Facecrime, Modern Minds and Troc '59 & The News.

After working with The Pursuit of Happiness for ten years, Berg released his first solo album, Summer's Over, in 1997. He has also produced a number of records for other artists.

Berg has been published as a writer, releasing his first book, a short story collection called The Green Room, in 2000 (Gutter Press, ISBN 189635632X). He has also written book reviews for Amazon.ca, the Edmonton Journal, The Globe and Mail, among articles for other publications.

While he currently works mainly as a record producer for young bands such as The Cliks, he also works as a DJ on Saturday nights at The Tap, a bar in Toronto known to be a haunt for local musicians, on Bloor Street. Reports by Vice magazine's Guide to Toronto which imply that Berg owns The Tap are false; TPOH drummer Dave Gilby, however, does manage the establishment.
