From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Moldavian Cup (Romanian: Cupa Moldovei) is a football competition, held annually except for 1981, in the Republic of Moldova. It was a regional cup from 1945 to 1992, and from 1992 it became a national cup (as the Republic of Moldova gained its independence from the USSR).
