Molly Wood (born May 23, 1975) is an executive editor at CNET.com and previously a writer for Associated Press, MacHome Journal magazine, and O'Reilly Media. Molly hails from Bismarck, North Dakota. She has a BA in journalism from the University of Montana in Missoula, Montana. Molly is married to Justin Wood and currently lives in the San Francisco Bay area. In December, 2006 Molly announced during a podcast that she was expecting a baby. Molly gave birth to a baby boy supposedly named "Eli" on March 2, 2007. And as of March 30, 2007 is on maternity leave.

Molly hosts Buzz Out Loud podcast with Tom Merritt and producer Veronica Belmont, and co-hosts the "Gadgettes" podcast with Kelly Morrison. Molly has an important role in both these podcasts. Molly also hosts video news show called "The Buzz Report" a technology video news column that is published late weekly, along with quirky humor. Molly Wood has appeared in more mainstream media such as Regis and Kelly and CNBC's On the Money.
