Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable

Ron and his parents

Mr. and Mrs. Stoppable are fictional characters, Ron Stoppable's parents in Disney's animated television series Kim Possible.

Little is known about the Stoppables. Perhaps by design (to contrast strongly with the warm, affectionate Possible parents), neither of them appears to be particularly likable. They both share a strong tendency to make major life decisions without giving their son the benefit of inclusion or even much warning, such as A Sitch in Time when they sold their home and moved to Norway without telling Ron and later when they adopt a child without telling him again.

Mr. Stoppable is an actuary. Ron has mentioned that his dad has allergies to nearly every kind of animal hair, which led to Ron buying Rufus when he was young. Mr. Stoppable is Jewish.

Mr. Stoppable is voiced by Elliott Gould.

Ron seems to have a tentative relationship with his mother. She forced him to go to Camp Wannaweep (the source of almost every fear he has) and when he kept calling her to tell her that he wants to go home, she eventually stopped accepted his phone calls. She also has a no-nonsense attitude, which Ron dislikes. It is expected that her opinion of Ron's relationship with Kim will be addressed in season 4.

Mrs. Stoppable is voiced by Andrea Martin.

Hana Stoppable

Hana is Ron's adopted sister. According to interviews with the shows creators she is due to appear for the first time in Season 4. Little is known about Hana, except that she is linked to the mythology of the Yamanouchi Ninja School and that she has a great destiny ahead of which is tied to both the mystical monkey powers and to Ron and Yori. Hana is due to debut late in March 2007. [3]
