NCAA Season 83 is the 2007-2008 Season of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (Philippines).

José Rizal University is the host of the 2007-2008 season, with this year's theme " Soaring High at 83". NCAA Season 82's commissioner Jun Bernardino was supposed to be the commissioner, if not for his untimely death.[1]

Philippine Christian University is currently under investigation by the Management Committee (MANCOM) for alleged eligibility infractions on several of its varsity teams.[2]

San Beda Red Lions replaced their head coach; Purefoods assistant coach Koy Banal was replaced by Talk 'N Text team manager Frankie Lim, while the Mapua Cardinals hired former Cardinal Leo Isaac to replace Horacio Lim (no relation to the Talk 'N Text team manager).[3]
