Naga College Foundation (NCF) is non-stock, non-profit and non-sectarian private educational insitution, based in Naga City, Philippines.

Its comprehensive and globally competitive academic programs are duly approved by the Department of Education (Philippines) (DepEd), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), and the Commission on Higher Education (Philippines) (CHED) covering post-graduate studies, collegiate degree programs and non-degree or short term technical courses, and a complete High School, Elementary and Pre-school education.

NCF provides highly qualified teachers who are masteral and doctorate degree holders; global access and information through the world-wide web (internet); state-of-the-art and facilities including Superprint Printing Press; and multimedia instruction technology. Quality education at affordable rates.

It is the pioneer private, non-sectarian school in Naga City.

NCF is a member of the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities (PACU).

In 1947, Dr. Melchor Trinidad Villanueva founded the Naga Teachers College. Its primary concern was to train students for the teaching profession and to make quality education accessible to Bicolanos.

Housed in a rented residence along Peñafrancia Avenue, Naga City, the school initially offered a two-year Junior Normal Course leading to Elementary Teachers Certificate (ETC) for Elementary Teachers. Later, the school acquired its own site and continued to expand to where it now stands.

In 1950, Naga Teachers College became Naga College. Complete Elementary and High school education were established. Programs in the College, and Graduate levels, as well as, Technical non-degree courses were offered.

In 1987, Naga College was chartered by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a non-stock, non-profit institution. Naga College was transformed to Naga College Foundation and continued to expand its course offerings. Since then, it has become one of the leading educational institutions in the Bicol Region serving as a major partner in regional, as well as, national development.

We are a center of excellence and leadership providing dynamic, relevant and responsive education through quality instruction, research, production and community extension services for the betterment of Bicolanos, Filipinos and humanity.
