Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Heroes, known as Naruto: Narutimate Portable (ナルティメットポータブル Narutimetto Pōtaburu?) in Japan, is a fighting game for the PlayStation Portable. This is a U.M.D. based game and, therefore, is region-free and may be played any PSP from around the globe. It is based on the popular manga and anime series Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto. The game features 23 characters, 10 different stages, and the characters' original combos and grab attacks.

Essentially, this game is a scaled down version of Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2. Unlike its PlayStation 2 counterpart, Ultimate Ninja Heroes has fewer characters and levels. Also, each character has only one ougi instead of three and lacks a practice mode.

The game features a whole new story just for the game. There is a castle over Konoha, so the village sends its ninja to check the castle out. Naruto and the rest of the Genin followed by the Chūnin Shikamaru are exploring the first tower of 100 floors, while Jiraiya and Tsunade go with the older ninja to explore the second tower from above to below. As they advance through the towers, they discover more about the mysterious masked female.
