Nathan Frederick Cayless (born March 28, 1978 in Sydney, Australia) is a New Zealand rugby league player for the Parramatta Eels in the National Rugby League competition.

He has also represented New Zealand on twenty-five occasions between 1998 and 2005 including representing them at the 2000 World Cup. Nathan is also the older brother of Jason Cayless, another prominate professional rugby league player.His position of choice is prop forward.
