Nelson Peltz

Nelson Peltz is the CEO of Triarc Cos. and a billionaire.
A dropout of the Wharton School, Nelson is the former owner of Snapple. Through Triarc, he also owns the Arby's fast food chain, as well as TJ Cinnamon and Pasta Connection.
He resides in Mt. Kisco, NY. In addition, he owns Georgia O'Keefe's old Florida residence Montsorrel (or 'Mountain of Sorrow').
In 2006 he was involved in a proxy fight with Heinz to get 5 members of his company Triarc on the board of Heinz. In the end he succeeded to get 2 members on the board.
In 2007 he bought a 3% share of Cadbury-Schweppes which may have influenced the demerger of Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages from the Cadbury Schweppes confectionary group[1].
