Nova 100 (often known locally as just 'Nova') is a commercial radio station in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, broadcasting on 100.3 MHz with callsign 3MEL. It has a policy of 'Never more than two ads in a row' and has quickly established itself as a major player in the Melbourne radio market, challenging the Austereo station Fox FM for the number one market position playing mainstream pop, RnB and dance music.

Nova 100 commmenced on the Melbourne airwaves on Monday 3rd December 2001. It was the first 'new' commercial radio station in Melbourne for 21 years.

Nova is owned by DMG Radio Australia, a subsidiary of the UK's Daily Mail Group, who also own the following stations:

Nova 100 operates on the 100.3 MHz frequency at the ATV10 tower on Mt Dandenong. Its strength is 6 kW and is transmitted to areas including the Melbourne CBD, Melbourne Outer Suburbs, Geelong, up to the Macedon Ranges, down to the Surf Coast and east to the Yarra Valley.
