Oliver's Twist is a television series featuring chef Jamie Oliver (who became famous for his TV series The Naked Chef). It is produced by Oliver's own production company - Freshone - in association with Food Network USA, and is currently in its second series (52 episodes). The Series Producer was Simon Willis. . The show is filmed in London and now airs in over 50 countries. The name of the programme is a pun on the title of Charles Dickens' novel Oliver Twist.

The theme tune from Oliver's Twist is called Just The Start and was written by composer Leigh Haggerwood, who also composed the rest of the music for the show. It was performed by Scarlet Division (Jamie's band) who performed the entire song in a season 1 episode entitled "Scarlet Division".
