Open Hearts is a film expected to be released in 2007 which will be the second feature film written, directed by, and starring Zach Braff, after 2004's Garden State.

A woman's life is turned upside down after her husband is paralyzed in a car accident. The movie is based on Susanne Bier's 2002 Danish film "Elsker dig for evigt" (Translates to "I Love You Forever").

Zach Braff is thus far the only confirmed cast member. The project has been put on hold, but filming will begin in 2007 once Braff wraps up his sixth season of Scrubs.
