Santos starts up his presidential campaign in New Hampshire, where he and Josh immediately disagree on campaign philosophy, and Josh has a reunion with Russell campaign staffer Donna.
- During a conversation with Donna, Josh says "Matt is a guy who hosts home improvement shows. The congressman is a guy who runs for president." Matt Williams is a producer of the TV series Home Improvement, and Patricia Richardson (Jill Taylor in the same series) is going to appear as Arnold Vinick's campaign director Sheila Brooks.
