Otto Weser is a fictional character found in the Left Behind series written by Tim LaHaye and Jerry Jenkins.

Weser is a believer in Christ and leader of a group of "Tribulation Saints" in the city of New Babylon.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

A former timberman in his native Germany, he and a band of Christians head to New Babylon in an attempt to fulfill bible prophecy.

During the plague of darkness, he meets Rayford Steele. He tells Rayford that he has lost some of his people (presumably to the guillotine) and that the remainder are waiting for the fulfillment of Bible prophecy.

He is also involved in the attempted rescue of Chloe Steele, asking information from Carpáthia's secretary Krystall that the Tribulation Force needs. However, Krystall is killed before the information can be collected.

Mac McCullum is eventually used to ferry Otto and his band of Christians out of New Babylon.
