Our Lady of Mount Carmel is a Roman Catholic Church situated on High Park Street in Dingle, Liverpool. The church was built when the parish population of the nearby church of St Patrick's had grown too much to be accomodated in that building. Firstly a chapel dedicated to Our Lady Of Mount Carmel was used in the school from 1866, until the church was built and opened on 21st July 1878.
In 2001 the parish of Our Lady Of Mount Carmel incorporated the nearby parish of St Finbar, as the latter church closed and was later demolished in 2003.
