Sm'oysters

Created on March 10, 2007, culinary geniuses in Arch Cape, Oregon, had the insight to combine two seemingly incompatible flavors: chocolate and oysters. Grilling the oyster is key. Adding cheddar cheese, Hershey's chocolate and butter to melt, the dish is complete with Tabasco sauce for just that little kick. Taking a childhood treat(s'mores) and adding the flare of seafood goodness, sm'oysters will be making their way into the American seaside tradition.
