The Jerusalem Patt junction massacre was a suicide bombing on an Egged bus that was carried out by Hamas on Patt junction in Jerusalem on June 18, 2002, killing 19 people and wounding over 74.

At 7:50 AM the Palestinian suicide bomber got onto the Egged line 32A bus, which came from the Gilo neighborhood and stopped in Beit Sefafa, a neighborhood of Jerusalem which is populated mostly by Arabs. The bomber went into the bus and exploded himself in the front. His explosive belt included metal balls for shrapnel in order to maximize casualties. Nineteen people were killed in the blast and over 74 people were wounded.

Palestinian Islamist group Hamas claimed responsibility to the attack. The suicide bomber was identified as Muhamed al-Ral, an Islamic law student at An-Najah National University in Nablus, a known Hamas stronghold.
