Vicente Paul Ambrosi Zambrano, more commonly known as Paul Ambrosi (born October 14, 1980) is an Ecuadorian footballer who plays as a defender. He can also play as a wingback or winger. His versatility helped him earn a place in the 2006 FIFA World Cup Ecuadorian national team squad.

He plays for LDU Quito in Ecuador, with whom he has won two league titles.
