Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited is a helicopter service company based in India.

Pawan Hans was incorporated on October 15, 1985 as a Government owned enterprise with 78.5% in Government hands & 21.5% with ONGC. Today with a fleet of 29 helicopters and 767 highly trained and experienced pilots, Pawan Hans is the 'Largest and Finest Helicopter Operator in Asia'.

The company has a net worth of Rs 37,015 mill and equity capital is Rs 1,137 mill. The company's focus is on growth, increased profits, customer satisfaction, human resources and safety
