Peel Region EMS

Peel Regional Paramedic Services is responsible for paramedic services in Peel Region. The service provides basic as well as advanced life support to the people of Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon. In congunction with Peel Regional Police Services, Peel Regional Paramedic Services has trained 12 Paramedics to respond to high risk calls with the Peel Police Tactical and Rescue Unit to provide Tactical Medical Support.

Peel EMS has 235 full-time and 74 part-time Paramedics. There are 11 EMS stations across Peel.

Ambulances are operated by the regional government and serve:

  • Town of Caledon - Bolton, Caledon
  • City of Brampton - Hale, Bramalea, Heart Lake
  • City of Mississauga - Tedlo, Kitimat, Kennedy, Maingate, Clarkson, Malton

Peel EMS has a fleet of 56 emergency response vehicles:
