Pentalogy
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A pentalogy is a series of five related works of art, a lesser-known relative of the words trilogy (three) and tetralogy (four). It is made up of the Greek words πεντε (pente 'five') and λόγος (logos 'word, story').
A pentalogy has also been called a "quintology", basing the prefix on Latin quinque- instead of Greek. The musical term "quintet" has also been used.
