Percy's Progress is a 1974 comedy film directed by Ralph Thomas. It was written by Sid Colin, Harry H. Corbett and Ian Le Frenais. It was released in the United States under the title It's Not the Size That Counts.
The film is a sequel to Percy.
Percy, the man with the world's first penis transplant, discovers that there is a chemical in the city's water that makes men impotent.
