Peter Martin Hoekstra (born April 4, 1973 in Assen, Drenthe) is a former football winger from The Netherlands, who earned five caps for the Netherlands national football team, in which he didn't score. He was a member of the Dutch team at Euro 1996 in England under manager Guus Hiddink.

Hoekstra started his career at PSV Eindhoven where he played for 5 years. Ajax Amsterdam signed him for £2m to replace Marc Overmars. Injuries halted his career at Ajax and he was loaned out to Spanish side SD Compostela and Dutch side Groningen in 2000. English League One team Stoke City signed him for an undisclosed fee in 2001, with Hoekstra signing a 3-year contract. He retired from football in 2004.

Hoekstra made his debut for Holland on April 24, 1996, in a friendly against Germany (0-1) in Rotterdam. He was then selected to play for Holland in the 1996 European Championship in England. Hoekstra played 5 times for his country, without scoring a goal.
