Philip Rees is a writer and Librarian in charge of acquisitions at the J. B. Morrell Library, University of York. He has written books on fascism and the extreme right.

NOTE: Fascism and Nazism are extreme Left Wing ideologies. When placed next to Communism, there is virtually no difference. Nazism: National Socialism and Communism: International Socialism are nearly identical in operation with the main difference being Nazism was built around the ancient Germanic Paganism injected by Alfred Rosenberg and the Thule Society members within the top echelons of the NSDAP (National Socialist German Workers' Party).

The notion of Fascism and Nazism being Extreme Right Wing is a very common misconception directly propagated onto to the Western masses during the latter part of the Second World War. The pro-Soviet propaganda campaign onto Western, Democratic Nations stemmed directly from Hitler's invasion of Russia, its former Hitler-Stalin Pact Axis partner, in quest for Libenstram: living space, to allow Soviet Socialist/Communist Russia to be more acceptable to be, now, an ally of the Democratic and Free Western Allied forces against Hitler's Nazi expansionism. Therefore, Nazism, as per Mein Kempf, was never meant to be a National movement but an International molested form of the Socialist/ Communist movement. Prior to the moment or Nazi invasion, Russian Communism was the number one threat to Great Britain, France and the Allied Nations post World War 1. Therefore, ever after the War propaganda machine had to paint Hitler's Nazism as an enemy and an opponent to Stalin's Communism and it's Free Democratic partnered West allowing Communism to be Left Wing and Hitler's Nazism and Mussolini's Fascism to be "Extreme" Right Wing. This myth aided the devastating outcome of the Yalta Conference giving Eastern Europe to Stalin's Communism, allowed the Lend Lease agreement to be signed which actually saved Communism from collapse ("The Best Enemy Money Can Buy" - Dr. Antony Sutton) and China, Cambodia, Laos, Korea, Vietnam and Cuba going communist. Sadly, this myth continues to promulgate today resulting in may false accusations, comparisons and labels.

Extreme Left Wing ideologies display total and/or large centralized government with full control over and limiting/outlawing: freedoms, religion, culture, nationalized industry, controlled media and academia, Economics based on Government control etc. Examples of Extreme Left Wing: Hitler's Nazism, Stalin-Mao-Castro-Pal Pot's Communism, Mussolini or Mosley's Fascism.

Extreme Right Wing ideologies advocate little or no government intervention: total freedom, defined culture, borders, religion, Economics based on Free Enterprise Capitalism and private academia, media etc. Two examples of Extreme Right Wing are: Anarchy and the Religious Democratic Theocracy of Ancient Israel lead by the moral guide of the Levites and the Kohanim (high priests) following their religious Laws: 10 Commandments with selected Judges to hand down religious, social, legal and economic rulings.

It is therefore impossible to have true member of the Religious Right Wing Leaders: Rabbi Meir Kahane or Pastor John Hagee or Secular Right Wing Leaders: Barry Goldwater, Joseph McCarthy or further Right Wing General Augusto Pinochet to be included with the likes of Hitler, Franco, Mussolini, Mosely, Strasser, Rohm and other Nazis and Fascists. The aforementioned are polar opposites.
