Pius Ndiefi (born July 5, 1975) is a Cameroonian football player who, as of 2007 is playing for Paris FC that bought him from Germinal Beerschot.

He was part of the Cameroonian squad at the 2002 World Cup and the 2004 African Nations Cup. He also scored the winner in the infamous 2003 Confederations Cup semi-final between Cameroon and Colombia, when Marc Vivien-Foe died on the pitch. Ndiefi learned that his father had died the day before Germinal Beerschot had to play the second leg of the 2005-06 UEFA Cup against Olympique de Marseille. He was nevertheless part of the basis 11 for that match.
