Police Plaza (Artemis Fowl)

Police Plaza is a part of the fairy's underground city of Haven and is where the barracks and control center for the Lower Elements Police (LEP). It includes head technician Foaly's operations booth and the LEPretrieval and LEPrecon squads. Its officer personnel includes three commanders, currently including Ark Sool and various captains such as Holly Short and Trouble Kelp. In the first three books though, Julius Root commands the LEP. During Artemis Fowl: The Arctic Incident, the combined goblin forces of the B'wa Kell attack the plaza in hopes of a total takeover. However, at the last minute, their plot is foiled by Artemis Fowl and Holly Short. The only human visitors have been Artemis and his manservant bodyguard, Butler. It is heavily defended by laser cannons set to stun.
