Polly Granzow is the Iowa State Representative from the 44th District. She has served in the Iowa House of Representatives since 2003. She received her BA from the University of Iowa and her MA from the University of Northern Iowa.
Granzow currently serves on several committees in the Iowa House - the Economic Growth committee; the Veterans Affairs committee; and the Human Resources committee, where she is the ranking member. She also serves on the Health and Human Services Appropriations Subcommittee.
Granzow was re-elected in 2006 with 5,559 votes, defeating Democratic opponent Tim Hoy. [1]
