The Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador is the first minister for the Canadian province of Newfoundland and Labrador. He or she is appointed by the Lieutenant-Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador, as representative of the Queen in Right of Newfoundland and Labrador, as the province's head of government. He or she is usually the leader of the party that commands a majority in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly.

Before 1964, the position's official title was Premier of Newfoundland. From 1964 to 2001 this title continued to be used outside the province.

The current Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador is Danny Williams.
