Premilcuore is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Forlì-Cesena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 70 km southeast of Bologna and about 35 km southwest of Forlì. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 889 and an area of 98.8 km2.[1]
Premilcuore borders the following municipalities: Galeata, Portico e San Benedetto, Rocca San Casciano, San Godenzo, Santa Sofia.
