Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre

The Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC, pronounced "Q-Tack") is the administrative body responsible for processing applications for entrance into tertiary and other higher education institutions in the state of Queensland, Australia. QTAC is an independent, non-profit company established in 1990 under the then six public Queensland universities. It is responsible for processing all Year 12 graduates' ranked preferences and making placement offers to applicants.
