Raz-B, (born De'Mario Monte Thornton on June 13, 1985 in Maple Heights, Ohio) is an African-American multi-genre singer, also one of the founder members of urban Hip-Hop/R&B boy band B2K.

The group broke up in January 2004.

Raz's solo LP is entitled "Revealer of Secrets", which is inspired by Deuteronomy, scripture number 29 - "The secret things belong to the Lord our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our children forever, that we may follow all the words of this law."

The album was recorded at a studio in Seattle, Washington. Known for his skilled business savvy, Raz has created many ventures, including working with his brother Ricky Romance on his label JMC Records and also with their uncle, in which their company is named Wiseprince Productions. Raz will be publishing an autobiography in 2006.

The album is very diverse from urban hip-hop, to urban inspirational (such as Kanye West with the critically-acclaimed "Jesus Walks"), to country sounds.

Raz has a strong spiritual side, and this shows vibrantly. Last year Raz has created a foundation called The Razbeatz Foundation in which ensures that many children places to stay and that they are truly happy in spirit. Currently he is in the studio working on the debut album of rapper/dancer Mathis Cousan

He recently made an appearance on Logo Channel Series known as Noah's Arc, as a young gay man who has just been diagnosed as HIV+. It has been confirmed on his myspace page that his official first single is called "Fire".
