Maureen Reillette "Rebbie" Jackson Brown (born May 29, 1950 in Gary, Indiana) is an American singer, eldest member of the successful Jackson musical family and sister of pop icons Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson. She is most famous for the 1984 hit, "Centipede".

After participating in her family's Las Vegas shows and later their televised variety show, Rebbie began her music career as a background session singer for such acts as Lou Rawls and Chaka Khan. Her brother Michael helped Rebbie score a solo hit with his written and produced "Centipede", in 1984. The song reached #24 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #4 on the Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart and helped her debut album (also titled Centipede) go gold. Her subsequent singles from her sophomore and third albums include "Play Me (I'm a Jukebox)", "A Fork in the Road", "Reaction", "Plaything" and "R U Tuff Enuff" gave her success on the R&B charts though her pop success was limited after "Centipede". After one last album, 1998's "Yours Faithfully", which featured the mildly-successful title track of the same name, Rebbie quietly retired from the music scene, until 2001 when she performed in Las Vegas for 6 months. Her son Auggie was the guitarist for her act. During the act, which generally received great reviews, she did several of her hits, some Motown classics, and even a few of her brothers' hits. Since then, she is rumored to have been offered a part on Broadway, but has not returned an answer to the offer. She currently spends her time watching her grandson, London Blue^{[citation needed]}.

Other than being known as the eldest member of the Jackson family and the eldest of three sisters, Rebbie is one of the few in the Jackson family to avoid scandals. Rebbie has been married to her childhood sweetheart Nathaniel Brown since 1968. The couple has three children including two daughters, Stacee and Yashi, and son, Austin, also known as Auggie. All three children are singers, with Stacey and Yashi forming a group originally called the X-Girls (now known as Geneva) while Auggie is currently finishing up his debut album. After her mother, Katherine Jackson became a Jehovah's Witness in 1965, Rebbie followed her into the faith. Her husband was also a Witness when she met and later married him. Rebbie is still devoted to the faith to this day.
