Rebecca Jo Moore (born March 15, 1988) is a beauty from Vestavia Hills, Alabama who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.

Moore won the Miss Alabama USA 2007 title in a state pageant held in Birmingham on 1 October 2006. She had previously placed first runner-up to Carla Baumann in the Miss Alabama Teen USA 2006 pageant, making her one of very few highly placed Miss Teen USA state contestants to win a Miss USA state title the following year. Moore also placed first runner-up in the 2005 Miss Alabama's Outstanding Teen pageant, the teen counterpart of the Miss Alabama title. Her "sister" titleholder, Miss Alabama Teen USA 2007, is Canden Jackson.

Moore represented Alabama in the Miss USA 2007 pageant which was broadcast live from the Kodak Theatre in Los Angeles, California on March 23, 2007. She was the youngest delegate in the pageant. Moore did not place in the nationally televised event, but online voters named her Miss Photogenic, an award announced during the live telecast.[1]

Moore graduated from Vestavia Hills High School in 2006 and is a business major at the University of Alabama.[2]
